Privacy Policy
Last updated: [date]
This Privacy Policy explains how Stadia Global, Inc. (“STADIA GLOBAL”, “we”, “us”), including its Asher’s Harvest, STADIA Space Boot & Apparel and STADIA Fitness Combine brands, collects, uses and shares information when you use our websites and services.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, school, club or company, role, the topic and content of messages you send, email addresses you add to release lists, and program details you submit when registering for the Fitness Combine (program name, type, location, region, number of athletes and notes).
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Card details are entered on Stripe’s pages and are not received or stored by us. We receive payment status, amount and a Stripe reference.
- Technical information: our servers record standard request logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) for security and reliability. Your language choice and similar preferences are stored in your own browser (local storage), not on our servers.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking on these websites.
Athletes under 18
Our registration forms are for adults acting for a program. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website. Athlete details and parent or guardian consent are collected separately, under [describe process], in line with applicable law (including the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and state student-privacy laws).
How we use information
- To respond to messages and requests, process registrations and orders, and provide customer support.
- To run the Fitness Combine, including scheduling, results and communications about events.
- To send product release news or Combine updates you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep our services secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example hosting [Replit], payments [Stripe] and email [provider]), under contracts that limit their use of it; when required by law; or as part of a merger or sale of our business.
Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. [Insert retention periods.]
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live (for example California, Canada, the EU or UK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, and to object to or restrict certain uses. To make a request, email support@stadia.digital. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
International transfers
We are based in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information is processed in the United States [and other locations], with appropriate safeguards where required.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. Significant changes will be highlighted.
